A workout for over 45 or anyone looking for a more intermediate workout. The format will include a minute of working out, a minute of stretching and a minute of cardio. Building each week on time duration and combination. By the end patrons will have 20 minutes of strength, 20 min of mobility and stretching and 20 mins of cardio.
Ski Fit

It take about three months to get into proper ski shape, therefore we are on it in September. You will have the option to register in:
Program A 9:15 am morning program on Tuesday and Thursday
Program B 6:30 pm evening program on Monday and Wed
